If the buyer has not received the package please ask your neighbors, family, mail person. All packages are shipped with tracking so you may call the delivery service to get more information. Katwalk is not responsible for lost or stolen packages once it is shown as delivered.

We offer pick up in store. Please select pick up in store when checking out. We will have your order packed in a katwalk bag unless you request otherwise. You will be sent a notification when you purchase is ready.
