Credit Cards Accepted
shopkatwalk.com accepts all major credit cards.
Sales tax will only be charged on orders shipped within the state of California. Taxes are calculated at the time of checkout by zip code. Sales tax is not charged when purchasing a gift card.
All orders placed Monday through Thursday (excluding holidays) by 4 pm PST will begin processing that day and will ship within 24 – 48 hours once payment and delivery details have been approved. Please note that all orders placed on Friday after 1 PM PST will begin processing on Monday.
Once your order has been processed, you will receive an email order confirmation outlining the details of your order.
If you order an item that is backordered or is preorder, please be patient. We will keep up communication and let you know as soon as it send!
Tracking Your Order
A shipping confirmation email will be sent to you once your order has been shipped. This confirmation will include the tracking number for your package.
Modifying Your Order
Unfortunately, once your order has been processed we will be unable to modify or cancel your order. However, once you receive your package you can follow the return/exchange instructions for an online credit.
We do not ship internationally at this time. We are so sorry!
Out of Stock Items
If the items you ordered are out of stock we will send you an email letting you know. If there is something comparable that we think you will love we will let you know too!
Gift Card and Contest Winners
Winners of gift cards and contest do not include free shipping and returns unless otherwise stated. Gift card winner purchases are final sales and may not be returned or exchanged. Gift card winners must redeem their gift cards with in 30 days of receiving or the gift card is void.
