Standard shipping is USPS Ground shipping with tracking. Once your item is shipped, you will receive tracking information. We cannot guarantee or estimate standard shipping time. Shipping times vary with USPS conditions and weather conditions. If you require faster shipping, we recommend choosing a express shipping option.
Express shipping - If you require faster shipping, please select the service at checkout. The delivery time you select does not include the 24-48 hours for processing. We do not ship on weekends and this can add to you processing time. For instance, and order placed on Thursday for over night shipping may not ship til Monday, meaning it would be to you on Tuesday. We try our best to make the processing time as short as possible, but please be aware that it could take up to 48 hrs.
Shipping Address Changes - We are unable to change the shipping address once the order is placed in order to avoid fraud.
We are not responsible for lost packages due to a address error on the customer's part.
Lost package policy- Transfer of liability from the sender to the receiver occurs when the status of the package is marked “Delivered” or “Notice Left”. If the buyer has not received the package please ask your neighbors, family, mail person. All packages are shipped with tracking so you may call the delivery service to get more information. Katwalk is not responsible for lost or stolen packages once it is shown as delivered.
There is a $20 charge on packages that have been returned or refused.
Pick Up in Store
We offer pick up in store. Please select pick up in store when checking out. We will have your order packed in a katwalk bag unless you request otherwise. You will be sent a notification when you purchase is ready.
